We would love to receive CVs from any fantastic administrators out there. Reception experience, competent IT skills in particular MS Office with the ability to comfortably pick up new systems, direct customer contact and the desire to provide first class customer service a must. You should be well presented and spoken to be the first point of contact for this prestigious organisation. Duties will include greeting customers and entering details onto the database, effectively managing the diary and day to day general administration duties. Hospitality experience would be advantageous but not essential. Most importantly is a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The summer months for this organisation are very busy so the working week will include weekends and bank holidays, however the working environment is fun, challenging and very enjoyable.
