You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations and to aid the smooth running of a busy office. Being based in the reception area, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both face to face and over the phone.

Duties Include:

  • Answering/directing calls and taking messages
  • Meet and greet onsite visitors
  • Assist the administration department with general tasks
  • Making travel/accommodation arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Order processing
  • Stationary management
  • Customer invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Reviewing employee expenses and mileage
  • Scanning and filing of company documents
  • Any other general tasks as per business requirements


  • UK driving license and use of their own vehicle
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Adaptable to change in order to assist the business in other areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Must be a team player but can work on own initiative
