Mploy's Poole office is our head office and has been open since the company's inception in April 2001. Initially concentrating on supplying engineering and industrial staff to local companies, the flagship office now has commercial, driving, engineering, industrial and technical divisions employing 10 full-time staff.

The Poole office has expanded, year on year; with our unique style of customer service and our dedication to clients and workers alike, we have grown to become the area's leading supplier of temporary, permanent and contract staff.

Supplying to more than 150 local companies has enabled our staff to gain an in-depth knowledge of many different professions and working environments, so providing informed advice to companies on their recruitment needs. This extensive range of clients requires varying skill sets, so Mploy Poole now has an extremely large database of available staff, across all trades and professions. This large client base and staff database benefit both those companies requiring staff and staff requiring companies.

Staff retention has been a very important aspect of Mploy's growth and success. All of our consultants are directors of the company; this ensures zero staff turnover and that we get to know our clients and temporaries very well, so helping us to fulfil their requirements accurately.

Client retention has been paramount in the growth of the Poole office; to this end, we pride ourselves on our second-to-none customer service and attention to detail, when recruiting for our clients. Each client has a dedicated account director who will deal with all aspects of the contract, from winning the business, fulfilling the job requirements and personal check-ins to on-site surgeries and regular contract reviews on overall performance.

Mploy Poole, as head office, is overseen by Mploy's founders and principal directors - Evan Bebb, Dan Keogh, Mark Nash and Matt Swift - who oversee and manage clients' accounts. It is also home to our payroll and accounts department, which prides itself on its accuracy of invoicing and prompt, accurate payment to workers.
