Mploy's commercial division was launched in our Poole office, in December 2003. It is headed up by Sam Cox who is director of commercial services. In January 2006, the Christchurch office opened a commercial division, headed up by Ruth Ord, also director of commercial services.

The commercial division offers a diverse range of services, from permanent recruitment, temporary cover for holidays, sickness and increased workload to in-house testing facilities. This division provides an honest, open and professional service to clients and applicants alike, building long-term relationships with clients, learning their needs and providing a cost-effective service, while also meeting the applicants' needs

The extensive screening process and wide range of interview techniques ensure that they match the most suitable applicants to your position, each and every time. All applicants are competency-tested, with our testing package allowing us to test on several Microsoft packages, outside of the normal Word/Excel typing test. Other testing facilities include audio- and copy-typing, call centre, verbal & numerical reasoning, plus psychometrics.

The Christchurch and Poole commercial divisions work closely together, ensuring that they provide a comprehensive service throughout the whole conurbation; this benefits clients and applicants alike.
